the creature from the deep

the creature from the deep It came from the sea, calmly at first. An enormous, slithering tentacle slowly oozing its way over the top of the sea wall, exploring the metal and concrete shapes with suckers the size of your front door.
Then, as more and more people came, and shrieks and cries of alarm filled the air, the creature became angry. All hell broke loose…In an almighty tangle of limbs and water and buildings and people, the beast came violently exploding out of the frothing water. The normally sturdy metal supports of the buildings groaned under the extreme weight of the gigantic tentacles crushing them. Panic. Complete panic set in.

  1. Kia ora Lucas,

You have used some fantastic descriptive language throughout your story, ka pai! Your amazing detail has given me a clear image in my head of what is happening, well done! I hope you intend on continuing this story as I want to read more! What will happen next?
What gave you the inspiration for this story? It would be great if you included a picture to go with your writing. This could be a drawing of what the cover would look like if your story was turned into a novel. Your blog is a great place to show off your incredible artistic abilities.

Keep up the great work Lucas! I look forward to reading more.
